As many of you know, the contract with which SM has bound TVXQ is an unconscionable “slave contract.” Under the contract, the members have virtually no rights. They have no right to know the specifics of the terms that they are subjected to. They have no right to argue for themselves their rightful compensations or the musical directions they want to pursue. They also have no right to refuse the work that SM assigns them, which leads to a grueling work pace that permits only a few days of rest per year. Most egregious of all, the members are stripped of their right to escape the contract by paying fair damages, although SM retains their right to terminate the contract at will.
In August of 2009, the members of TVXQ filed for an injunction to nullify this slave contract. SM retaliated by manipulating the press to spread malicious and false rumors about TVXQ. SM also showed its disregard for both the fans and TVXQ’s personal commitment to them by blocking TVXQ from participating in a long-waited Korean concert (SM Town Live ‘09).
However, now that the legal battle has continued for a few weeks, SM has unashamedly turned to squeezing every dime out of TVXQ in order to hoard the money with which to fight the members in court. In contrast to the disregard it showed to TVXQ’s Korean fans, SM has hosted a concert in China since the filing of the injunction (Shanghai in October ‘09) and plans to host another one soon (Shimcheon [I think they mean Shenzhen] in November ‘09). SM has also created and begun to sell its merchandise in Japan. Additionally, SM has announced that it will release several new products that market TVXQ in the next few weeks.
We understand that all income that SM generates from now on will be used as weapons against TVXQ. The fans have already given too much money to SM without it benefitting the members themselves. To vindicate the rights of the members and the fans, the fans have launched a boycott against all SM products.
Please participate in the boycott and refrain from buying and giving money to any and all SM merchandises and businesses. The money that we give SM to buy TVXQ products will be turned around to injure TVXQ.
GUIDELINES FOR THE BOYCOTT
All products produced by SM Entertainment are subject to the boycott. Specifics are enumerated below.
A. Any product marketing TVXQ that is produced in Korea is subject to the boycott. This includes Korean singles, live and regular albums, photos and photobooks, merchandise, concert DVDs, original character products, and any other products manufactured by SM Entertainment.
B. All Japanese singles and albums that are LICENSED BY SM are essentially Korean products and should be boycotted.
C. All other kinds of music products, such as individual songs available for downloading and streaming, BGMs for websites, answering tones (known as “coloring” in Korea), and ringtones are subject to the boycott.
D. Singing TVXQ songs in kareoke generates income for SM and therefore should be refrained from.
E. All other business enterprises related to SM should also be boycotted. They include:i) Restarants: Ashley, Podonamu, E-tableii) Karaoke service: Everysingiii) Clothing store: SPAO
F. SM merchandises that have bypassed AVEX Entertainment and are directly sold in Japan are also subject to the boycott. Please do not confuse them with AVEX products. Examples of these exorbitantly-priced merchandises include:
i) All about TVXQ, sold for approx. $200
ii) “clear files,” sold for approx. $50
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PRODUCTS RELEASED BY “AVEX ENTERTAINMENT” ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THE BOYCOTT. Please continue to purchase them.
Japanese singles, albums, and DVDs come in two varieties: those released by AVEX (the so-called Japanese or Hong Kong versions) and those licensed by SM (the so-called Korean versions). We encourage that you purchase the former, but please refrain from buying the latter. 100% of the money used to buy SM-licensed products, even if they are Japanese, goes directly to SM.
The fans should continue the boycott until 1) the unconscionable slave contract between SM and TVXQ is bettered to the satisfaction of our members and 2) we as consumers have found a voice against SM.
Again, please remember that all money that goes to SM will be spent on injuring our dear members.Your choice to boycott will make a difference!

OMONA!!
Its been like 10 trillion years tht i last updated my blog
was just pure bz...i had time to check dbsk's news had time for fanfics, had time to study BUT NO TIME TO BLOG!!
NOW i'm back..but recently i've been more active in livejournal..
i can get all the YUNJAE, JAEHO,JAEMIN,YOOSU,JAESU, ETCCCCCC... fanfics tht i wan in the whole wide world!
hahaha!..i read till my eyes sore and swell for the past few days and i felt tht i've learn alot of new eng words in fan fics =)
spare the story book!..i don need them anymore now!..YUNNIEJOONGIE fics are much better *smirk*
eventho i look at DBSK's pic everyday i still miss them like crazy!
my life is turning upside down with the boys in it! <3!
i shud continue studying during the hols or i'll be lost when school reopen!..

[FIRST SECRET]

The first one is the last 6 seconds(actually, 2:09~2:15) of the "Hidden Track 9096" (the CD information says there are 13 tracks in the 1st CD but there is actually a secret track at the very end that's about 2~3 minutes long, if I remember correctly). Here, Jaejoong mumbles something that we can't quite understand.
The second file is the last 6 seconds PLAYED BACKWARDS. And do you know what it says??!!!He says in KOREAN, "A person like you is unable to hear what I'm saying (i.e. my story)" !!!! WOW 0_0
Some people actually say it sounds like "You can't come into me," but one thing is clear: It's DEFINITELY Korean and anybody who speaks Korean can understand this. This comes from a native Korean speaker, trust me.And the secret message in there is deep... I personally thinks what he said also means something but nobody has found that out yet.Surprised?? Then you'll be in for a bigger shock.

[SECOND SECRET]
There are random numbers in the pictures of their 4th album. They are the Secret Codes! Let's take a look at picture by picture
The Secret Codes in picture #1: 6 5 0 8 4.
if you go intIf you look at your cell phones, the numbers are as follows:

7 8 9

A [T] (for TVXQ) is made!
Secret Codes in picture #2: 3 1 0 2 5

7 8 9
* 0 #
Another T is formed.
But if you actually look at this 2nd picture closely, there is a number 7 above Yoochun's head. Thus should look like this:

It looks as if a [T] cannot be formed after all.
BUT!!!!If you take a look at this picture #3, there is no 7. So you can see that TVXQ intended to make a [T] with those numbers after all.Then why was there a number 7 added in a picture?
We'll explain later why.
First, lets take a look at what the secret codes are line up in order:
-Secret codes in picture #4: 0 1 2 3 5 7 8
-Secret codes in picture #5: 0 4 5 6 8
If we put all those numbers together, they are:
0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
and you see that there are no 9 and 10?? Keep this in your mind as you read!!
Now, when we see those two types of secret codes, we can see that numbers 0, 5, 8 are used twice.
Lets combine these repeated numbers(0, 5, 8), with the unused numbers (9, 10). We have 0, 5, 8, 9, 10.
Putting the unused number 9 in front of 0 and 5, we can make the number 9095, the title of Jaejoong's song.
Then we have 8 and 10 left.
Let's use number 9 to 8, just as we did with other unused numbers. Add 8 with 9 and we have 17.
Now subtract the remaining number 10 from 17.
We now have 7.
(Now the number 7 that was used in one picture but not in others came out!)
When we put together the results of the secret code, we have 7 and 9095.
7 9095. What do they mean together??
9095 is TRACK NO.7 in TVXQ's 4th album, The Secret Code!!!!!!

things i've been thinking bout very often lately: MY SPM RESULTS, the happy ppl round me being happy with their love ones, wht have i done to make sumone hate me?, and i misses tht particular person alot[i don think he knows its him]..i hope wat i wish for every single time i see stars will come true, and MY GRANDPA [i misses him like crazy eventho he had already passed away for 5 years]
i've tried very hard to use DBSK as an excuse to make myself smile all the time...but its proven i failed doing so! what the heck kind of fans am i?!?!...
i want every single lil tiny things to go back to its original state! if only it could!
there is too many thing i wish i could have in my life:
- i wish my grandpa is still here!...i would be the luckiest grandchild in this whole wide world
- i wish tht i'll excel in my studies...but i;m not very sure bout this
- i wish he'll do as wat he said when he left.
- i wish i don have to work to earn extra money...its so freaking tired
- i wish tht i had already had my 1st date with sumone i love..but no..17 years of my life
